i finally managed to cut a hat i bought when i was in stockholm.
i marked it with chalk like you can see in the 2nd picture and then rounded off the edges.
now i only need the rest of the Unique collection.

Wow, that's a good idea!!! The hat looks better. I never think about turning a hat into this way. But it's a pity that I am reluctant to cut my only alterable hat at the moment.
Does it only work with felt? You did an amazing DIY job here - knowing me, I'd probably mess up in the first cut!
